This paper takes Wenzhou S3 and Wenrui Avenue expressway as the engineering background, considering people-oriented, environmental impact, rational construction sequence, land intensive, and in line with the premise of urban road network layout, traffic and economic coordinated development The integrated layout plan focuses on the research, so that the overall plan can not only meet the traffic function requirements of the expressway itself, but also coordinate the overall construction of multiple traffic modes such as city lines, which is reasonable and feasible.
