摘要
Tooth surface wear represents one primary failure form of gears. Existing research on gear wear and dynamic characteristics inadequately incorporates the impact of friction and its heating effects induced by accumulated wear, leading to inaccurate analyses of dynamic responses. To address this, this study established a predictive tooth surface wear model and a dynamic model accounting for frictional heating effects. The comparative analysis of multiple models further clarifies the role of frictional heating effects in the evolution of wear and dynamic behavior. More accurate dynamic characteristics of worn gear are obtained through the established model. This study holds significant engineering value for deepening the understanding of gear wear behavior and enhancing the safety and reliability of gear systems.
