Research on Spacecraft Temperature Measurement Deviation and Its Suppression Methods

摘要
To meet the high-precision temperature measurement requirements for spacecraft, this study investigates the deviation mechanism and the deviation suppression methods for thermistor-based temperature sensing. A simulation model of the insulated wires was developed to determine its equivalent thermal resistance associated with heat leakage. Then, the thermal models of various temperature measuring scenarios were established. The influence of factors, including ambient temperature, insulated wire length, fixation method, and self-heating power, on the temperature measurement deviation was studied. The results indicate that within general engineering conditions, ambient temperature is the primary factor affecting the measurement deviation. Compared to the method of direct fixation using silicone rubber, covering the installation area with aluminum-coated film can reduce the temperature measurement deviation by approximately 10%. Furthermore, an optimized method employing a high-thermal-conductivity holder can reduce the deviation caused by ambient temperature differences by nearly two orders of magnitude.
