Study on thermal environment response characteristics of micro-initiator

摘要
 In order to solve the problem that the performance degradation of micro-initiator under thermal load is unclear, this paper tests the ignition sensitivity and initiation ability of micro-initiator under high and low temperature environment conditions, and tests the ignition and action time of micro-initiator after high and low temperature storage. The results show that the ignition sensitivity, action time and initiation ability of micro-initiator have no significant changes at -54℃ and 71℃ compared with room temperature. After storage at -54℃ and 71℃ for 30 days, the ignition performance of the micro-initiator has no significant change, indicating that the micro-initiator has good adaptability to the thermal environment from -54℃ to 71℃. After storage at 150℃, 4h, 130℃, 4h, 110℃ and 96h, the micro-initiator failed to ignite, indicating that the thermal safety problem of the micro-initiator will not occur when the ambient temperature is less than 150℃. When the ambient temperature is greater than 110℃, the ignition performance of the micro-initiator will be unreliable according to the different storage time.
