摘要
The establishment of an accurate dynamic model for rolling bearing is of great significance for fault diagnosis and the analysis of dynamic characteristics of defective bearing. This paper proposes a rolling bearing dynamic model incorporating edge softening, suggesting that the contact stiffness changes when the rolling elements approach and exit the defect edges, where the Hertz contact elastic half-space theory is no longer satisfied. By combining time-varying contact stiffness with contact deformation, the motion and force characteristics of faulty bearings are investigated. The proposed dynamic model demonstrates agreement with experimentally measured acceleration and strain signals in terms of both acceleration and outer race forces, validating the accuracy of the proposed model.
