摘要
POPs have seriously endangered human health for decades. Their persistence leads to the long-term accumulation in human body, but quantifying the accumulation level and assessing the lifetime health risks remain critical challenges. In this study, we systematically evaluated the lifetime accumulation characteristics of seven POPs including HCHs, DDTs, PCBs, PBDEs, PCDD/Fs, PFOA and PFOS, using the human accumulation load model and the exposure data in the general Chinese population. The accumulative levels of the seven POPs generally showed an increasing trend with age. The age and the accumulative maximum values were as follows: HCHs:59.48 years, 36.94 mg; DDTs: 61.62 years, 27.93mg; PCBs: 69.73 years, 9.29 mg; PBDEs: 62.91 years,0.59 mg; PCDD/Fs: 29.59 years,0.13 mg; PFOA: 50.16 years, 0.57 mg; PFOS: 68.19 years, 0.79 mg. Meanwhile, the half-life significantly affects the time gap between the maximum intake value and the maximum accumulative value. There is a significant positive correlation between the occurrence time of the maximum intake value and the occurrence time of the maximum cumulative value. These results indicate that the accumulative level of POPs in the general Chinese population is relatively high, posing a relatively high health risk, suggesting that continuous efforts are still needed to reduce related pollution.
