Geospatial artificial intelligence (GeoAI) is driving Earth and urban sciences into a new phase, providing new approaches for the intelligent and sustainable development of cities and infrastructures. GeoAI advances beyond traditional spatial analysis and mapping by transforming how natural and human systems are understood and managed. A key scientific task is to integrate distinctive geospatial features into GeoAI models to address challenges across natural, built, and social environments. This study presents a set of advanced geospatial methods and GeoAI frameworks, supported by open-source tools and case applications in areas such as resource monitoring, urban material flow, and infrastructure maintenance. With the rapid evolution of GeoAI, the widening digital divide poses risks that may intensify existing social and economic inequalities. Strategies are proposed to promote inclusive and equitable access to GeoAI, enabling broader participation and contributing to a sustainable and just urban future.
