摘要
The advent of Industry 4.0 has intensified the demand for communication infrastructures capable of delivering ultra-high reliability, massive device connectivity, and deterministic low latency.  The 5G Core (5GC) network serves as the digital backbone of Industry 4.0. By utilizing a cloud-native, service-based architecture (SBA), it replaces rigid physical infrastructure with dynamic, software-driven networks. This enables highly reliable, low-latency, and secure connectivity essential for smart factories, automation, and advanced manufacturing. The 5G Core (5GC) is the intelligent, cloud-native control center of a 5G mobile network. It manages data routing, user authentication, security, and session management. By utilizing Service Based Architecture (SBA) and decoupling the control and user planes, it enables key 5G capabilities like network slicing and edge computing. However, the 5GC is very complicated with many disabled options by the manufacturers for the commercial version. Therefore, we will introduce the 5G private network with self-developed using the OPEN5GS (open source) with very high capability for tuning and optimizing each industry.
