摘要
As quantum computing advances rapidly, traditional public-key encryption faces an impending expiration date, presenting a critical security challenge for global telecommunications and IT infrastructures. This keynote explores the transition to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), beginning with a review of core cybersecurity principles and the looming threat of adversaries harvesting encrypted data today to decrypt it tomorrow. We will examine newly developed quantum-resistant algorithms, analyze their practical impacts on legacy systems and network performance, and review essential compliance requirements. Furthermore, the discussion connects these global shifts to local readiness activities in Thailand such as specialized cryptographic scanning services and capability-building training programs. Finally, the session outlines a practical framework centered on “Crypto-Agility”, providing leaders with strategic guidance to assess, prioritize, and successfully prepare their organizations for the quantum era.
