摘要
Terahertz (THz) communication is considered a fundamental enabling technology for sixth-generation (6G) and beyond wireless networks due to its capability to provide ultra-high bandwidth, terabit-per-second data rates, and ultra-low latency connectivity. However, THz systems face significant challenges, including severe propagation loss, molecular absorption, beam alignment complexity, and high energy consumption. This paper proposes an AI-enabled terahertz circuit architecture that integrates machine learning accelerators, intelligent beamforming modules, adaptive channel estimation engines, and autonomous resource management circuits to optimize wireless communication performance in real time. The proposed framework combines ultra-massive multiple-input multiple-output (UM-MIMO) transceivers, edge AI processors, and neuromorphic computing units to enable intelligent spectrum utilization and dynamic network adaptation. Simulation results demonstrate improvements in spectral efficiency, beamforming accuracy, throughput, and energy efficiency compared with conventional THz communication systems. The proposed architecture achieved spectral efficiency exceeding 72 bps/Hz, beamforming accuracy above 98%, and throughput greater than 1 Tbps. These findings highlight the potential of AI-enabled THz circuits as a critical foundation for future intelligent, autonomous, and ultra-high-capacity wireless networks.
