摘要
At present, mine construction is gradually developing toward deep large underground spaces and complex geological environments. Kilometer-deep mines have been widely applied, and the construction depth of some shafts has even reached the 2000-meter level. Complex water hazards frequently occur during construction, which severely delay shaft construction schedules and hinder the overall mine construction progress. Deep mine construction mainly encounters two core technical difficulties: the treatment of water hazards in extremely broken, water-rich structural fracture zones, and the control of water hazards in low-permeability strata with pores and micro-fractures.
For extremely fractured strata, our team developed high-pressure grouting technology based on the composite grouting mechanism of fracturing and compaction grouting, which has been successfully implemented in fractured rock mass projects of mine shafts. For water-bearing media with pores and micro-fractures, systematic research on seepage mechanisms, water hazard characteristics and the injectability of grouting materials has been conducted. Technical bottlenecks have been overcome in terms of grouting materials and construction procedures, and a complete set of mature construction technologies has been formed.
This presentation will systematically summarize the water hazard challenges in deep mine construction and existing achievements of treatment technologies, and propose key research focuses and development routes for future mine water hazard control.
