摘要
Diamond braze coating is a surface engineering technology based on the principle of brazing, in which an active filler metal is melted, wets and reacts metallurgically with diamond particles and the substrate, thereby producing a metal matrix composite coating or functional layer with diamond as the superhard reinforcing phase on the substrate surface. Its core feature lies in the formation of a carbide transition layer through the reaction of active elements such as Cr and Ti in the filler metal with diamond, achieving chemical metallurgical bonding among diamond, filler metal and substrate, and greatly enhancing the diamond retention and coating bonding strength.
With increasing demands for wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance of components, conventional surface technologies are difficult to meet the requirements of harsh service conditions, and braze coating technology has emerged and developed rapidly. At present, this technology has been widely applied in aerospace, hydropower equipment, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, port and coastal equipment and other fields. Meanwhile, intelligent equipment integrating robots, multi-heat-source synergy, online monitoring and intelligent control is becoming increasingly mature, driving the braze coating process from manual and semi-automatic operation toward flexible, precise and intelligent manufacturing, significantly improving coating forming accuracy, process consistency and production efficiency.
This report will systematically review the technology roadmap of diamond braze coating materials, interface regulation, process methods, intelligent equipment and typical applications, providing a reference for industrial upgrading and high-quality development in related sectors.
