The 2nd International Conference on New Power System and Power Electronics (NPSPE 2025) will be held in Haikou, China during December 26-28, 2025, which will provide a platform for engineers and researchers to discuss various research activities and latest developments in the area of new power system and power electronics with experts and scholars from around the world. The conference will feature keynote & invited talks on emerging technologies in power systems engineering given by world renowned scholars. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and discuss with experts from all related fields.

NPSPE 2025 invites the submission of original research papers in the fields of new power system and power electronics to be published in the conference proceedings. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by an average of three independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of submitted papers. All accepted papers will be published by SPIE, and sent to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

-Authors must make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap work which has been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings.
-The submission file is in Microsoft Word, PDF, or WordPerfect document file format.
